I didn't work out. At all. I tried the apps that generate a program for you, the pre-made plans online, the "30-day challenges." Nothing stuck. What changed everything was a coach, a real person who pushed me, corrected me, kept me going. It convinced me of one thing: no app will ever replace a real coach.
Today I put my tech skills to work for coaches, to take the admin off their plate and give them back time with their clients. And to help more people discover what a real coach can change.
