Room rental only
One box to tick on the session. The coach isn’t paid and pays no room fee. The client pays the room price, at the end of the month. It works for a whole series too.

Simpler session creation and editing
Far less text. “Repeat” now sits with the date. Errors appear right above the button. The amount is only shown to the coach who runs the session.

A clearer session page
Far less text. A room rental only session shows the room price. A past session is fixed with “Edit attendance”. A cancelled session shows who was booked.

Bill: a corrected amount is kept
Change the price of a session and it’s saved straight away, marked “edited”. It’s no longer lost if you leave the screen, and the client sees the right amount.

Studio VAT, made clear
Two choices: “No VAT” or “20% VAT included”. No amount changes: the app only records whether your room fees include VAT.

Payments in one tap
A single “Paid” button, with the method and the date. When a client says “I paid”, you’ll find it under “To check”. The client is told when the payment is received.
